SCREEN PROTECTION

Updated: Apr 14, 2021

Because of home working, face time communication, webinars, home schooling and watching TV, we are all more exposed to the blue light of our lab tops, I phones, computers and TV’s.

The blue light coming from our screens, causes more oxidative stress and thus a cascade of inflammatory processes which can cause pigment disturbances and pre-mature aging.

One has thus to protect our skin against blue light exposure with tinted sunscreens that also protect against blue light, use anti-oxidants to neutralize the effects of blue light and strengthen our skin barrier function with adapted skin care.
